Preparing Confident, Competent and Caring Catholic Citizens

I heard about St. James through my church, St. James Parish. The parishioners spoke highly of the entire school, the academics, and morals. That is something I have always wanted for my children. The program assists my children to become a successful learner through their daily work and the reinforcement from home with the homework. They have been able to adjust to the academic challenges by learning their own self- awareness of being respectful and being able to be accountable for what they do.

The factors that influenced my wife and I to send our children to St. James include wanting a very strong academic program along with religious environment and development. St. James is a good environment as it has the elements we wanted. The children are taught to care about one another which I don’t notice happening in the public system. The school stated that they educate the children in partnership with the parents and we have found this to be true and we feel the support from the staff. The faculty cares about the children and they help us reinforce the lessons we try to instill at home and it really helps. The children are well prepared to enter high-school and leave with the ability to take responsibility for their education.
